1. Returns Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Perishable goods (e.g., opened spice packs or oil bottles) are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
- Email us at support@morpure.in with order details and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share a photo of the product and packaging.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch. Refund will be initiated immediately.
